Carry-On Items

Passengers are permitted one carry-on bag and one personal item such as a purse, a laptop, or briefcase, beyond the security checkpoint.

All electronics larger than a cell phone will have to be removed from your carry-on and placed in a bin with nothing on top or below them.  Examples of electronics that will need to be removed are laptops, tablets, gaming systems and e-readers. TSA Pre✓™ passengers utilizing the designated TSA Pre✓™ lane do not have to remove laptops from their cases in most cases.

A TSA Offficer will be available to guide you through the process.  Please listen to their instructions.

NOTE: Liquids, gels and aerosols in containers larger than 3.4 ounces are NOT permitted beyond the security checkpoint. Liquids, gels and aerosols in containers 3.4 ounces or less must be placed in a clear, plastic, sealable 1-quart bag and removed for inspection and placed in a bin piror to x-ray inspection. Passengers are limited to one clear plastic bag. TSA Pre✓™ passengers utilizing the designated TSA Pre✓™ lane may leave their 3-1-1 compliant liquids, gels and aerosols in their carry-on bags. All other liquids, gels and aerosols that exceed 3.4 ounces need to be placed in checked luggage.

Exceptions and possible additional screening may occur when carrying prescription and over-the-counter medications, baby formula, breast milk, and eye drops as well as other medically necessary items. These items can exceed 3 ounces but must also be presented for inspection at the checkpoint.
